With extensive experience as a Senior Veterinarian, he has significantly impacted the poultry and dairy value chains, helping to streamline operations, minimize risks and improve enterprise performance. Dr. Shehu holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ahmadu Bello University and an MBA in International Agribusiness and Food Chain Management from Lead City University, Nigeria.
Dr Godwin is a distinguished Livestock Business Value Chain Researcher, Consultant, and Transformation Professional with a deep specialization in Small Ruminant production. With over 35 years of experience in the livestock industry, Dr. Ochepo has led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing the profitability and sustainability of small ruminant enterprises across Africa. His expertise lies in developing innovative business models that not only optimize production but also integrate modern market strategies, ensuring that livestock businesses thrive in a competitive landscape.
His work is widely recognized for bridging the gap between academic research and practical application, particularly in areas of feed optimization, disease management, and value chain enhancement for small ruminants.
He has a PhD in Small Ruminant Production from the University of Agriculture Makurdi and a Certification in Agribusiness Management from the Institute of Agribusiness Management Nigeria.
Dr. Adebayo Awoyele is a Poultry Management Specialist with a deep commitment to innovation and efficiency in the poultry industry. He excels in leveraging technology, data science, and food safety informatics to enhance productivity and operational optimization.
Dr. Adebayo’s consultancy and project management expertise have revolutionized poultry enterprises by integrating blockchain technology for traceability in broiler production and implementing technology-enabled business models for improved financial performance. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), he has served as Chief Finance Officer at PNG Gas and Senior Consultant in Risk Management at KPMG. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Analysis from Cornell University, USA, and an MBA in International Agribusiness and Food Chain Management from Lead City University, Nigeria.
