Transforming Hibiscus Farming into a Profitable and Sustainable Agribusiness

Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), commonly known as Roselle, has become one of Nigeria’s high-value agricultural exports due to its increasing demand in global markets. Used primarily for herbal tea, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and natural food coloring, hibiscus presents a significant economic opportunity for farmers, agribusiness investors, and exporters.

The Hibiscus Farm Management Program is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in hibiscus cultivation, processing, and market access. This program takes a holistic approach, combining best agricultural practices, post-harvest handling, value addition, and business management to maximize profitability.

The Hibiscus Farm Management Program is a hands-on, practical training course that covers the entire hibiscus value chain—from cultivation to export.
